1. Moet Curriculum Management:
Working with the Principal to evaluate the Kindergarten School curriculum in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET)
Set Learning objectives and standards for each grade level, ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum
Adjust and update the educational program to meet the evolving needs and trends in modern education
2. International and English Program Management:
Oversee the delivery of the English language program to meet education standards and students’ learning needs
Assess and monitor student’s progress in English and propose necessary improvements
3. Leadership and Support for Teachers:
Provide guidance, training, and direction to teachers in effectively delivering the MOET, International Program, and English programs
Forster a positive educational environment and motivate the teaching staff to enhance their professional development and teaching performance
4. Parent Communication:
Communicate and hold meetings with parents to keep them informed about student’s progress and development within the MOET, International Program and English Program
Assist parents in understanding the educational programs and support them in guiding their children’s learning journey
5. General Development Direction:
Participate in proposing and implementing overall development plans for the kindergarten school
Support the Principal in developing programs, projects, and educational activities to improve the quality of education within the school
Holds a bachelor's degree or higher degree in preschool pedagogy, educational management, or equivalent majors.
Possesses a minimum of three years of experience as a secondary teacher and at least three years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal or in a related role in K-12.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the MOET program, the English program, Cambridge Program, and a clear understanding of learning and school management processes.
