Reputation Management: Monitor, manage, and improve the company’s online reputation on blogs, review sites, and Google search results.
Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute compelling content that aligns with our brand’s voice and enhances our online presence.
Review Management: Regularly monitor customer reviews on various platforms, responding promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with online media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and mentions that align with our brand values.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to address any potential online PR crises, ensuring minimal impact on the company’s reputation.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of online PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
2-4 years of experience in PR, online sales, marketing, or reputation management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with online monitoring tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
