  • Reputation Management: Monitor, manage, and improve the company’s online reputation on blogs, review sites, and Google search results.

  • Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute compelling content that aligns with our brand’s voice and enhances our online presence.

  • Review Management: Regularly monitor customer reviews on various platforms, responding promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback.

  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with online media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and mentions that align with our brand values.

  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to address any potential online PR crises, ensuring minimal impact on the company’s reputation.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of online PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 2-4 years of experience in PR, online sales, marketing, or reputation management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with online monitoring tools and platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
