This role involves overseeing the entire process of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) requests, from initial inquiry to successful execution. The Project Manager will proactively identify new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships. Upon receiving a specific request, they will consult with the client, recommend suitable services, and provide pricing. After confirmation, the Project Manager will coordinate and manage the event or tour, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the role includes supporting business development, contributing to product innovation, and striving for operational excellence at every stage.
