Mô tả Công việc

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive and transfer all kinds of letters, faxes, records, documents…
Welcoming guests and announcing to relevant departments.
Vehicle management
Arrange car & taxi.
Receive and pay for car tickets, taxi bills every month.
Control, monitor maintenance, apply road using fee, verify for cars.
Manage menu, make food purchasing orders, check & pay bills during the month.
Track and make cost reports of electricity, water, telephone, fax...
Manage, buy & issue stationery, items of household & canteen for company (include other buy in weekly/ monthly/ yearly).
Perform payment proposal process for all cost of HR&GA (include: cash advance process, refund for cash advance process)
Other jobs of GA: make internal forms, follow up HR-GA cost, notices, fuel report, copy-scan-keep profile, printing, decorate company, arrange & give gifts to officer…..
Follow-up to implement GMP/HACCP regulations
Follow-up GMP/HACCP documents: office, factory sanitation logbook, mouse-trap report, factory access logbook.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Age: 23 - 35 years old.
Education: Intermediate degree in Administration, Business Administration or related majors
Experience: At least 1-year working experience in the similar position
Basic in English
Good knowledge of checking and arranging work on canteens, gardening, vehicle coordination
Microsoft office especially Excel, Powerpoint.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
