Mô tả Công việc

Scope of responsibilities

1. AR Bookkeeping

Issue VAT and commercial invoices
Check sales invoice, sales report, and discount reports
Check stock in notes and stock out notes

2. AP Bookkeeping

Booking voucher of company expenses
Preparing "Telegraphic transfer", cash receipt voucher, cash payment voucher
Record cash receipt/cash payable voucher, bank receipt/bank payment voucher
Trade AP reporting, payment plan
Trade AP reconciliation with suppliers

3. VAT declaration monthly: File monthly VAT declarations with the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting: Report upon request by higher level

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Age: From 23 years old

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
Good knowledge about accounting
Have basic knowledge about taxation (Corporate income tax, VAT)
Have experience about account payable and account receivable

Soft skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
Good English communication skills.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
