1. EHS (Environment, Health, Safety):
Accountable for safe Engineering activities, Training, improving safety systems and procedures to employees and contractors, such as LOTO, permits to work, contractor control, machine safety, Combustion standard (the 23rd standard), safety audits, etc
CO2 reduction & sustainability follow the group strategy and requirements.

Bachelor of Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering
5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment, including 2 years of direct supervision experience. Especially in heavy industry. Manages multi department is refer.

Strong people development, successor planning, teaming, and collaborative decision-making skills are required.
Must be flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements
