Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Binh Son, Quang Ngai

<Job Responsibilities>
- Applying for a Visa invitation letter for all persons visiting to site and follow up.
- Applying for Police clearance certificate, work visa of arrived staff and follow-up.
- Following up and arranging airport vehicle to pick up the expert visiting to site and arranging gate pass for all supervisors and Sub suppliers.
- Gate entry document for material purchased in local Vietnam vendor and coordination to bring the material plant inside.
- Documents for delivery note, packing list and invoice of purchased material to be collected with signature and stamp.
- Translation part with the client in every meeting and following up.
- Quality control documentation translation work for arrived lot.
- Translation support during open box inspection.
- Coordinates work performed by local technical service team and CoC/ CoE technical service team.
- Preparation of reports on site activity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University Degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical & Electrical Engineering
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 4 to 8 years of working experience in a Steel plant.
- Having a working knowledge of Technical support for industrial plants.
- Having a working knowledge of spare parts services.
- Experience in metals processes like steel-making, Casting, Hot rolling mills, Cold Rolling mills, and processing lines is desirable.
- Good analytical skills.
- Having good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international work environment.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Residency close to customer’s plant in Dung Quat, Quang Ngai.
- Have a driving license.
