Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for departments.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing list to identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Proactively manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit for open positions.
- Conduct salary negotiations and exchange information related to attract candidates to accept the job.
- Store and manage candidate information, recruitment records.
- Build good relationships with candidates to maintain a source of potential candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of recruitment activities to the line manager, analyze recruitment data to improve the recruitment process accordingly.
- Perform other related duties as required.
