- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Secured loan product (auto loan, home loan, etc.).
- Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues.
- Strong communication skills, data analysis skills, presentation skills.
