Key responsibilities:
- Analyze past sales performance, market trends to build OTB and make buying decisions
- Manage planning and allocation to maximise sales in rebalancing to sellable locations
- Identify opportunities and actions on stock allocations. Ensure allocation of the right assortment mix in all stores across Vietnam
- Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Assistant Buying Manager
- Build OTB plan for new season order
- Provide product knowledge and trend training every season
- Assistance and coordination of logistics and distribution
- Work closely with Assistant Buying Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
- Sell Through management and market analysis
- Stock management control. Develop requirements and evaluation standards
- Support in developing short and long term inventory plan
- Planning and follow up payment requests
- Setup and Promotion evaluation
Requirement:
- Able to perform under pressure and strong computer skills. Excel is a must
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills. Able to perform under pressure and close attention to detail
- 1-2 year experience in similar position (prefer in Fashion retail)
- College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
