Mô tả Công việc

A- Office Administration management:

- Administrative work: payment, purchasing office supplies, managing common office equipment, monitoring and urging employees to comply with company rules (daily reporting, time checking, leave application process, etc.), managing contracts

- Handle with passport, visa, air-ticket procedures for employees or visitors (if any).

- Handle with work permit procedures for expatriates.

- Handle with documents relating to the company operations.

- Periodic health checkup for employees

- Manage Housekeeping in the company

- Follow up company’s equipment and periodic inspection as the regulations.

- Assist other departments in the administration.

- Other duties assigned by Manager

B - Import operation & Law:

- Assist employee on import process

- Solve if there is any problem relate to customs and report to manager

- Assist employee to execute all operational matters pertaining to import documents and follow up

- Update new imported law (if any) to relate parts

- Reviewing and reporting official and legal matters

- Explanation to supplier the steps on how to import foods into Vietnam

- Liaison with all relates vendor for necessaries to do Quality Declaration for import goods

- Register Quality Declaration Certificate for food product before import

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- College degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Import-Export or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel...
- Basic English communication skills
- Good organizational and work arrangement skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Careful, meticulous and highly responsible
- Ability to handle situations and solve problems well
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the import-export industry
