Analyze training needs and develop training plans
Compile and update training materials
Support the development and monitoring of training process improvements, and be responsible for implementing the plan
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements
Research and suggest other training programs to improve the quality of human resources
Monitor and evaluate the work efficiency of employees after completing the training program
Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Graduated from University with majors: Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, Training, etc.
Priority for candidates have at least 1 year experience of in the training field. Good understanding of training work, training processes.
Good English
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to arrange time and work scientifically to avoid delays
Good individual and teamwork skills to complete the work in the best way
Logical thinking skills, ability to build strategies, methodical and coherent plans
Proficient in office computing (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Honest, progressive, eager to learn, passionate about the training field.
