* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
* Vị trí này sẽ tạm thời làm việc tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông - Bình Dương), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào đầu năm 2025. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ khu vực TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa.

Core Responsibilities

Support mould test process after mould repair
Hỗ trợ quy trình thử khuôn sau khi sửa chữa khuôn

Support the TPM job of test machine in test room.
Hỗ trợ công việc TPM trong quá trình chạy thử máy

Support moulding test requirement from the relative department in test machine.
Hỗ trợ các yêu cầu chạy thử khuôn từ các bộ phận liên quan trên máy test.

Support the new injection machine ramp up in production.
Hỗ trợ tham gia triển khai máy ép nhựa mới vào quá trình hoạt động sản xuất.

Support the new mould ramp up in production.
Hỗ trợ triển khai khuôn mẫu mới vào quá trình hoạt động sản xuất

Support the color C/O and mould C/O in production area.
Hỗ trợ thay màu (C/O) và khuôn (C/O) trong khu vực sản xuất.

Support the TPM job in production area.
Hỗ trợ công việc TPM trong khu vực sản xuất

Support the material handler job in production area.
Hỗ trợ công việc của người phụ trách nguyên liệu trong khu vực sản xuất.

Participate the continuous improvement in production.
Tham gia cải tiến liên tục trong sản xuất

Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts.
Đảm bảo an toàn, không gây ra tình trạng mất an toàn hoặc thực hiện các hành động không an toàn.

Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.
Đảm bảo duy trì 5S trong khu vực làm việc

Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý giao.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Do you have what it takes?

Preferably graduated from a vocational school, college, or university, with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Ưu tiên các ứng viên tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học, chuyên ngành cơ khí hoặc các lĩnh vực tương tự.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in moulding or plastic injection machine operation.
Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khuôn mẫu hoặc vận hành máy ép nhựa.
Candidates with experience in injection moulding operations, injection parameters, and familiarity with the plastic injection industry are preferred.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong vận hành ép nhựa, điều chỉnh thông số ép nhựa, và quen thuộc với công việc trong ngành ép nhựa.
Ability to read and write basic English.

ABOUT LEGO MANUFACTURING VIETNAM (LMV)

There’s a lot to say about our latest site - which reflects its significance to our business. We now have six manufacturing sites globally and this is the second in Asia. As well as expanding our global supply chain, it also means we can now respond quickly to consumer demand. Choosing Vietnam brings us closer to some of our most important markets. So we’ve not only shortened our supply chain; we’ve also reduced our environmental impact in the process.
