As a Performance Marketing Associate at our company, you will collab with Line Manager driving the success of our supplement brands across multiple platforms: DTC website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing efforts to ensure the efficient execution of our campaigns and the achievement of our business goals.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best ROI for each campaign.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.
Technical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Meta Ads to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Amazon Ads, consistently managing ad spends of high budget. Experience working at a performance marketing agency is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and audience targeting strategies.
Excellent Mathematical Skills
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports clearly and effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and platform updates.
Preference for candidates with E-commerce, dropshipping and Print on Demand (POD) advertising experience.
Additional Requirements
Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with an IELTS score above 6.0 or equivalent.
