Mô tả Công việc

Productivity Enhancement:
- Conduct line balancing and layout analyses to identify and implement improvements that maximize output and minimize waste.
- Oversee and participate in improvement projects that aim to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Train and mentor IE staff in line balancing techniques, line diagram design, productivity monitoring, timekeeping, and IE calculation formulas.
Team Management:
- Manage and coordinate the work of IE staff, assigning and overseeing specific tasks related to line balancing, layout, and code conversion monitoring.
- Provide guidance and support to IE staff to ensure their professional development and success.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the productivity of sewing lines and identify areas for improvement.
- Assign IE staff to investigate and resolve production issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production efficiency, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes to ensure they meet or exceed customer requirements and standards.
- Identify and implement solutions to prevent production interruptions and maintain a smooth flow of operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field, preferably in the sewing industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
