Mô tả Công việc

Design and produce high-quality digital assets for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
Create visually appealing print materials, including brochures, flyers, product packaging, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing strategy.
Provide creative input and design expertise to enhance the overall visual appeal of our websites and digital platforms.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
Occasionally assist with product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and attracts target audiences.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Proven experience in both print and digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital marketing and web design.
Excellent English skills (written and spoken) to communicate with native English-speaking teams.
Ability to create modern, attention-grabbing designs that align with brand messaging.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex design projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Creativity and a passion for design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Preferred:

Experience in product packaging design.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and web development basics.
Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills, understanding of AI in design.
