You’ll be responsible for preparing materials in link with our marketing campaigns for both printing and digital activities.
Scope of Responsibilities
● Strong skills in both creating printing materials and digital content
● Aware of social media platforms specs
● Good at editing videos (all digital formats)
● Able to design all graphic files (AI, PSD, etc.). Mostly landing page, banner, header, infographic, image for post, etc.
● Take product photo shoots & creative videos
● Ensure all design achieving the creative requirement in complying to brand identity & brand strategies
● Ensure the required quantity & timeline for each design (multi-items, multi scales). Update the design to fit with multi e-com platform requirement
● Contribute your design expertise for the concept development of marketing campaign
● Double check to ensure the display to end-users.
● Supervise the design with external agencies / freelance designers (if any).
● For Print: content preparation of printing materials such as POSMs (standee, sample box packaging, shelf display, etc.) and internal tools (leaflets, brochures, training posters, etc.)
● For Digital : content preparation for social marketing platforms (ads, banners, landing page, etc.) according to promotion strategies, as well as social media content animations (edit videos, live streaming, edit .gif, .png files and other designed files for online channels).
● Other Tasks:
- Manage the source files, validated files.
- Report essential information from the designing trends of the market and the competitor
- Other duties could be assigned i.e. event support, translation English – Vietnamese
