Mô tả Công việc

Quantity: 1

● Elicit requirements from relevant teams to understand workflow and information flow for the accurate and timely recognition of revenue and cost, and inventory quantity and valuation.

● Perform fit-gap analysis of OnPoint workflow and information flow with Netsuite and recommend changes and improvements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Netsuite vendor.

● Work with vendor to ensure accurate implementation of To-Be workflow and information flow so that OnPoint is able to accurately and timely recognize revenue, costs, inventory quantity and inventory valuation.

● Work with Netsuite vendor and internal Technology team to optimize performance of Netsuite system to handle millions of transactions every month, ensuring that the data are available timely in Netsuite system for management and statutory financial reporting.

● Maintain and develop project timelines of key deliverables for Netsuite. Follow up with relevant business stakeholders, Netsuite vendor and internal Technology team to ensure that the timeline and business objectives are achieved.

● Prepare detailed documentation for all system configurations, workflow and information flow.

● Develop training materials and conduct regular training sessions for Netsuite users.

● Assist in the testing and validation of Netsuite system changes and enhancements.

● Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with the ERP vendor or internal Technology team.

● Stay updated with NetSuite updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

● Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.

● 3+ years of professional experience as functional consultant or system analyst for Netsuite ERP, or other relevant ERP systems.

● Strong understanding of Netsuite or relevant ERP functionalities and modules.

● Proven experience in eliciting requirements from stakeholders, and configure changes in ERP.

●Good communication skills with stakeholders.

● Analytical & logical thinking approach to problem definition and problem solving.

● Able to work independently and as part of a team.

● Experience in setting up or maintaining ERP in high-volume environments (e.g. eCommerce, retail) is an added advantage.

● Experience in understanding accounting standards like VAS or IFRS is an added advantage.

● Certification in Netsuite is an added advantage.
