JOB SUMMARY:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Savills, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic use of SEO, SEM, EDMs, Meta Ads, Database & Social Media Management. This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to ensure successful digital marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
· Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
· Optimize website content, landing pages, and copy.
· Execute on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
2. SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
· Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Zalo Ads and other platforms.
· Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase ROI.
3. EDMs:
· Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns.
· Create and manage email marketing lists and databases.
· Track and analyze email marketing metrics to optimize campaigns.
· Ensure email campaigns comply with current email marketing best practices and privacy regulations.
4. Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram):
· Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
· Develop strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
· Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet marketing goals.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta Ads.
5. Social Media Management:
· Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
· Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor client reviews.
· Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
· Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure cohesive messaging.
6. Database Management:
· Manage and maintain the company's marketing database.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the database.
· Segment and target the database for personalized marketing campaigns.
· Develop strategies to grow the database and improve data collection methods.
· Analyze database metrics and report on the performance of database-driven campaigns.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
· Proven experience in SEO, SEM, EDMs, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Database Management.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management tools, and Database Management Systems.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
· Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related certifications.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
