Southern Airports Aircraft Maintenance Services Co. Ltd (SAAM) provides technical and non-technical handling at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat Airport, the largest and busiest airport in Vietnam. Additionally, SAAM provides defect rectification, AOG support, Non-Destructive Testing, cabin cleaning and aircraft polishing. SAAM is SIAEC’s sixth overseas line maintenance joint venture and the first line maintenance joint venture in Vietnam. SAAM, which commenced operations in November 2010, has secured a strong base load of fourteen airline customers by July 2012 - Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Thai Airways, Phillipine Airlines, Cathay Pacific, All Nippon Airways, Malaysia Airline, Cargolux, Turkish Airline, Sichuan Airline, VietJet Air, Vladivostok Airline, Saudi Airline, and Emirate Airline.
