Mô tả Công việc

Sales Transaction Management:

Process and record sales transactions in SAP.

Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing of customers.

Reconcile sales accounts to maintain accuracy in financial records.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly sales reports, including variance analysis.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to resolve any discrepancies.

SAP Utilization:

Utilize SAP for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a sales environment.

Proficiency in SAP (SAP FI/CO preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cicor Vietnam, which employs about 230 people, offers printed circuit boards assembly and box building including plastic injection molding services. The site is located 20 km from Ho-Chi-Minh-City (Saigon) in the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park and hosts the latest, state-of-the-art machinery for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). The production site serves customers in a variety of sectors, including medical, industrial, automotive and transport as well as high quality consumer goods. The site is ISO certified and complies with the RoHS directive
