Overview:

We are seeking passionate and driven Programme Consultants to join our team at Finest Future Vietnam. In this role, you'll not only drive sales but also become the face of our programs to potential clients. Responsibilities:
Main performance:
Minimum 200 cold calls monthly.
Minimum 800 direct messages with leads monthly.
Minimum 30 physical meetings with prospect customers per month.
Minimum 5 following up with current sales leads per day.
Actively engage and build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our program offerings effectively.
Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking to expand the client base.
Provide comprehensive information about our programs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that effectively showcase our programs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the organization.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Report to Head of the market and Head of Sales & Marketing the in-charge market trends bi-weekly for suitable market development plans.
Coordinate in Sales events and activities.
Collaborate with Partnership and Marketing in generating leads through events and enhancing brand awareness.
Support and assist physical classes on weekends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Trade, Business, Education, or Law.
Proven track record in student recruitment or sales roles, preferably in a consultative and educational environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
Strong ability in online sales and consultation.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Shift Work: This role involves shift work, including night and weekend shifts.
Location: This role is based in our Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) office, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model (both in-office and remote).
