Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market research to gather and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the fintech industry.
  • Organize and oversee mystery shopping programs to evaluate customer experiences and the effectiveness of company offerings.
  • Recruit and train a network of mystery shoppers, ensuring they are equipped to assess various customer touchpoints accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Collection, to share research insights and contribute to process improvements.
  • Develop and present detailed reports on findings from mystery shopping activities and market research to relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose strategies and solutions based on research to enhance customer experience and product performance.
  • Maintain and refine the mystery shopping framework to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the fintech industry.
  • Proven experience in market research and mystery shopping.
  • Solid English in all 4 skills, especially speaking and writing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead external personnel.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with customer journey analysis and UX research.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
