Budget Management: Build and manage the Marketing budget effectively.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and consumer trends.
Campaign Implementation: Develop and execute effective Marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
Performance Evaluation: Analyze and optimize Marketing activities for better results.
Team Management: Assign tasks, supervise performance, and train staff.
Team Spirit Development: Foster collaboration and skill development among team members.
Cross-Department Coordination: Ensure cohesive implementation of Marketing strategies with other departments.
Regular Reporting: Assess Marketing effectiveness and propose improvements.
Event Participation: Represent the company at relevant Marketing conferences and exhibitions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing; preference will be given to candidates with experience in the apparel industry.
In-depth knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, PR, and Social Media Marketing.
Strong planning, organizational, and management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
High sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, and enthusiasm for work.
Proficient in Marketing software and data analysis tools.

We have over 30 years of manufacturing experience, 8 worldwide offices and 4 factories in Bangladesh, Vietnam and India. Leading apparel brands worldwide choose Tex as their preferred fastening devices manufacturer, especially for their Bangladesh and Vietnam production.

Over 80% of our manufactured products are used by European & American brands. Tex supplies fasteners to apparel factories in Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Greece, UK, Belgium, Germany, Egypt, Netherlands, UAE, Hong Kong SAR and many other countries.

Tex Vietnam was established in 2015. It is our fourth fully owned manufacturing unit. 20 km south of Ho-Chi-Minh City, this plant is configured to serve zipper demand in Vietnam as well as Cambodia, Laos and ASEAN countries. It focuses on dresses, outerwear and sportswear zippers. All products are 100% compliant with CPSIA, REACH & OEKO TEX norms.
