Mô tả Công việc

Perform checks on processes carried out by the Customer Service Department, such as disbursement, customer payment management, and document management. / Thực hiện kiểm tra các quy truy trình đã thực hiện tại Phòng DVKH như giải ngân, quản lý thanh toán của khách hàng, quản lý chứng từ.
Collect and compile related data. / Thu thập và tổng hợp số liệu liên quan.
Execute loan disbursements. / Thực hiện giải ngân khoản vay.
Assist customers at the counter. / Hỗ trợ khách hàng tại quầy.
Carry out other tasks as required by the Head of Customer Service Department. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng Dịch vụ Khách hàng.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience in credit management and post-loan documentation quality control. / Có kinh nghiệm về công việc quản lý tín dụng và kiểm soát chất lượng hồ sơ sau cho vay.
Must be detail-oriented and composed. / Có tính cẩn thận và điềm tĩnh.
