Mô tả Công việc

Working in an international context, the level 1 ERP consultant performs fully documented tasks and also contributes to the Maintenance in Operational Condition by working with the level 2 team.

His / her usual tasks are :

Monitoring (ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, shared mailboxes)
Ticket analysis
Collaboration with level 2 team
Open mind and good English level are required : you are expected to participate during the meetings
Performing daily checks
Sending of reports and digital communication
Training in order to join the level 2 team

He / she will have access to many tools widespread on the market : Service-Now, SAP, PagerDuty, ...
The candidate applying to this position must have strong interest in ERP systems and the wish to become SAP Basis consultant within 2-3 years.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's or equivalent level in Computer Science
English (TOEIC 600 or higher), French speaking is a significant plus
Knowledge about ITSM tools, monitoring tools, SLA
Knowledge about Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive
Preferably a first experience working in IT support or ERP administration
Good logical thinking, fast learner, reliable and proactive
