Mô tả Công việc

- Support users with IT issues related to hardware, software, network, Wifi (Windows, Mail, PC, Laptop, printer,..)

- Monitor and maintain the factory operation of LAN system, Internet, user terminal devices are smooth and stable.

- Set up and manage account for new users, work with user to support and install software, application,…

- Troubleshoot computer, laptop, printer problems and provide timely support to users with IT issues.

- Manage and update documents related with IT operation following company policies.

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- College or University degree in IT with minimum 01 year of IT Support experience.
- English communication is a plus.
- Having CCNA/MCSA certification is a plus.
- Understand of software, hardware, serve, LAN/WAN,...
- Ability to communicate, present and solve problems.
- Analytical skills and ability to propose solution to a fast pace changing environment.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and high responsibility.
