Mô tả Công việc

Create / translate documentation for Production Engineering

-Create operator work instruction for new products/configurations/variants according information delivered by the project team.

- Revise, modify and update changes of work instructions according to the change request.

-Translate technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

-Cooperate with Production engineer and QA engineer for checking, reviewing and approving documents before applying into production.

-Contact with relevant person/department to clarify request when needed.

-Start documentation approval flow according to the documentation procedure.

-Timely issue approved documentation to relevant departments in production.

-Update status of the request in the system.

-Assure all the documentation in charge is implemented in accordance with ISO requirements.

-Deliver documentation according provided scheduled by the superior.

-Other tasks upon requests of superior.

-Update documentation planning weekly.

-Update change request form.

-Accurate, disciplined and precise.

-Report timely to direct superiors.

-Open communication and enjoy working in teams.

-Supportive in working with other departments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-Education: University Degree, English or Technical English major.

-At least 1 year experience in documentation specialist job in similar environment.

-Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

-Fluent in English.

-Used to work with documentation translation.
