CÔNG VIỆC HẰNG NGÀY CỦA BẠN:

Tìm kiếm và xác định các nhà cung cấp, hàng hóa và dịch vụ tiềm năng.
Lựa chọn nhà cung cấp phù hợp nhất về độ tin cậy, chất lượng sản phẩm và hiệu quả chi phí.
Xác định nhu cầu mua hàng.
Chuẩn bị đề xuất, yêu cầu báo giá, và đàm phán các điều khoản và điều kiện mua hàng.
Giám sát hiệu suất của nhà cung cấp và giải quyết các vấn đề và mối quan tâm.
Kiểm tra và đánh giá chất lượng của các mặt hàng đã mua và giải quyết các thiếu sót.
Xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ nhà cung cấp tích cực, lâu dài.
Phân tích xu hướng của ngành, nhu cầu và hỗ trợ quản lý cấp cao với việc phát triển và thực hiện các chiến lược tìm nguồn cung ứng.
Tuân thủ chính sách của công ty, thủ tục và các tiêu chuẩn quy định.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo và duy trì hồ sơ của tất cả các giao dịch, đơn đặt hàng, biên lai và thanh toán.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Finding and identifying prospective suppliers, goods, and services.
Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
Determining purchase needs.
Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations.
Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Preparing reports and maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

CHÚNG TÔI MUỐN NGHE TỪ BẠN, NẾU BẠN CÓ:

2-3 năm kinh nghiệm về mua hàng B2B trên thị trường quốc tế, liên quan lĩnh vực Nhựa Tái Sinh là một lợi thế.
Kiến thức tốt về Incoterm, Logistics, và chiến lược mua hàng.
Thành thạo tiếng Anh (trình độ B trở lên).
Có khả năng và đam mê mua hàng với cách tiếp cận nhà cung cấp tích cực, tự tin và quyết đoán.
Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm.
Giao tiếp tốt và kỹ năng đàm phán tuyệt vời.
Tư duy phân tích mạnh mẽ và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề.
Kỹ năng phân tích chi phí vững chắc.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office và với phần mềm ứng dụng kinh doanh, hệ thống mua và lập kế hoạch tìm kiếm.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

2-3 years of experience in B2B purchasing in the international market, related to the field of Recycled Plastic is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Incoterms, Logistics, and Purchasing strategies.
Proficient in English (level B or higher).
Ability and passion for purchasing with a positive, confident and assertive supplier approach.
Ability to work independently and in groups.
Good communication and excellent negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong cost analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing systems and search planning.
