Mô tả công việc:

Trực Hotline/tiếp nhận cuộc gọi, email, tin nhắn (Email, chat, Voice) từ khách hàng để giải đáp thắc mắc, hỗ trợ giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng việc quản lý đơn hàng, giao hàng trên sàn thương mại điện tử.
Cập nhật thông tin lên hệ thống.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Thông thạo Tiếng Nhật (nghe, nói, đọc, viết), yêu cầu về bằng cấp: N1, N2.
Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng là một lợi thế.
Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe.
