Mô tả Công việc

Overall management, budget controlling & execution of brand activation programs & PG/PG team in all Sales channel.
Managing PG/PB in all Sales channel including training, model set-up, supervising & checking, reporting.
Regulate and coordinate with agencies & functional departments in the company to implement activation, sampling, and roadshow programs
Summarize assessments, and recommendations, and select solutions/quotes given by partners/suppliers to the company's requirements.
Market & project performance reporting.
Coordination work with Sales Department & Brand team for pushing offtake in stores by executing Promotion/Sampling/ MKT campaign.

Other tasks have been assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

4 - 5 years of experience in the field of Promotion Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing, preferably in FMCG (Milk is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in direct managing of activities of PG/PB team
Activation & Events Organization Knowledge
Understanding of consumers, data analysis skills, ability to multitask, and work under high pressure.
